Cross Country runs new home course against Amherst and Longmeadow

Before we go over results special thanks to all the athletes and families that showed up to help us clean the course on Saturday.  We changed our old course into something that challenges our athletes a bit more. On both sides, we had a number of athletes who IMPROVED their 5k time from last week;

It was a beautiful day for our last home meet and our senior night! Today, we celebrate our seniors who have given us so many years and so many laughs.  We applaud their work ethic, their love for the team, and their overall passion.  They are irreplaceable although we have learned so much from them.

Congratulations to the boys and girls cross country teams for a fantastic season opener. Connor Crowley led the lions to a 20 to 40 win over Chaug with many newcomers following the front pack and learning how to race. The JV score was 46 to 16 Minnechaug. The lady lions was led by senior Emily

Skinner Mountain Run

Boys and Girls Cross Country team traveled to Skinner Mountain for a training run. The teams worked through a grueling workout while running up a mountain for 2.5 miles.  Workout warriors #wowathlete Alex Burns and Maddy Pereira captured the moment #loseyourself.

Individually, Connor Crowley, Luis Fialho, Emily Alves, Brooke Dias and Sydney Leroux all qualified for the State Championship meet to be run Saturday, Nov 21st at Stanley
