Freshman Darius Housey has been nominated by his coach for athlete of the week. This past weekend at the PVIAC championships at Stanley Park, a 3.1-mile race, Darius ran 17:41. Before we go over results special thanks to all the athletes and families that showed up to help us clean the course on Saturday.  We changed our old course into something that challenges our athletes a bit more. On both sides, we had a number of athletes who IMPROVED their 5k time from last week;

It was a beautiful day for our last home meet and our senior night! Today, we celebrate our seniors who have given us so many years and so many laughs.  We applaud their work ethic, their love for the team, and their overall passion.  They are irreplaceable although we have learned so much from them.
